Land for sale in Kaba-Kaba
Desa Kaba-Kaba, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan
At the heart of Kaba-Kaba stands Puri Gede Kaba-Kaba, a royal palace that still follows the traditional Balinese design concepts of Sanga Mandala (the layout of a compound) and Asta Kosala Kosali (the rules for buildings). It is a well-known cultural sight in Tabanan, and wide rice fields spread around the village, good for walking and cycling. Kaba-Kaba is a village of Kediri district in Tabanan regency, set inland between Buwit and Cepaka.
By 2019 the regency had made Kaba-Kaba a tourism village (desa wisata), managed by a local tourism group. Day to day, rice fields set the scene, with villas and village homes among them. You drive for most things: central Canggu and the nearest beaches, Seseh and Pererenan, are each about 20 minutes away by motorbike outside rush hour, by our estimate. Kaba-Kaba suits people who want space, rice-field views and village culture, and who are happy to drive to the beach and the shops. It is less suited to anyone who wants to walk to cafes or the sea.
Much of Kaba-Kaba is rice field, and farmland, including protected LP2B land, is strictly controlled under Perda Bali 4/2026, with prison terms under national law for converting LP2B. Check the zone, legal road access and any river setback before you make an offer.

- Land prices depend heavily on zoning, access and the view; ask us for current asking prices in Kaba-Kaba.
- What do the zoning colours mean?
- People in Bali use colour nicknames for zones: green for farmland, yellow for housing, orange where homes and businesses mix, pink for tourism and red for commercial land.
